General English
Our General English course is aimed at providing accuracy and fluency in grammar, listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The course uses University of Cambridge’s Interchange and Grammar in-Use Series that provide holistic English learning, especially in developing the student’s speaking skills through fluency, speech accuracy, and vocabulary building. The classes include:
INTERCHANGE

2 class hours daily

covers listening, conversation, reading and

writing real-life English settings of lessons
GRAMMAR

2 class hours daily.

includes intensive instruction and review of important grammar rules especially on the parts of speech and sentence construction.

modular lessons with the Interchange class .
SPEAKING

1 class hour daily.

provides speaking exercises using helpful English words and expressions every day.

interactive and creative communication activities among students.
A placement test is given to assess the English level of every student for the course.
Progress tests and practical exercises are given to assess the student’s improvement. Progress tests given every week. Practical exercises make the students speak and practice English in real-life situations (e.g. interview in shops and inquiry in offices). They are given regularly.
