Academia can help you process your visa during your stay in the Philippines.In Philippine laws, international students who wish to study for up to two (2) months may need a Visitor's Visa depending on their country of origin.

International students who wish to study in Philippines for up to 2 months may need a Visitor's visa depending on the country for which they hold a passport.
Visitor's Visa
Steps in Processing your Visa:
1. Prepare the following documents:

Photocopy of valid passport and recent entry visa

One (1) 2x2 colored photo for the General Application Form (w/o eye glasses).

One (1) long folder and a plastic fastener.

Letter of request to Academia to process student visa
2. Submit the documents to Academia.
3. Pay the corresponding fees* for the Special Study Permit (SSP).

Php 7,000 for students (with valid Philippine ACR I-Card)
-
Php 9,000 for students (without valid Philippine ACR I-Card)
* inclusive of other processing expenses like transportation and coordination with the Philippine Bureau of Immigration
NOTE: Applications must be at least one (1) week before the start of classes.
only those with official receipt issued by academia will be admitted.
